Cabernet Sauvignon 

STYLE: Big and rich Napa Valley Cabernet. Dark fruit, spice aromas intermingle with a hearty core of currant and black cherry flavors. The wine has excellent balance, soft tannins and a long velvety finish.

Blend: 76.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10.2% Cabernet Franc, 9.5% Petit Verdot, 3.5% Malbec, 0.3% Merlot

VINEYARD: Since the late 1930's, three generations of the Madrigal family have farmed some of Napa Valley’s finest vineyards. The family history is a constant source of inspiration, and guides them in their wine making now.

WINE & DINE: Suited well with grilled meats, bread, and ripe cheeses.
